Yes — before your first visit we ask all clients to review and sign our Service Agreement. It covers everything in plain language: services, pricing, cancellation, photo documentation, liability, and all terms. We encourage every client to read it fully.
We currently serve the Albuquerque Metro Area, including Rio Rancho, Bernalillo, and surrounding communities. Not sure if we cover your cemetery? Email us and we'll let you know.
We schedule visits by area so we can serve multiple families in the same location on the same day. Rather than a specific appointment time, you share your preferred week or month and we confirm your visit date within 48 hours. You'll receive your photo report the same day as the visit.
Before and after photos are taken at every single visit and sent directly to you — completely free, always included. No exceptions. So you can see exactly what was done and know your loved one's site was cared for.
This is a sacred add-on service where Jordan visits the gravesite on your behalf to simply be present — or to read aloud a prayer or a letter from you. Quiet presence is $25. A prayer or letter read aloud is $45. It is one of our most meaningful offerings.
We always operate within the guidelines of each individual cemetery. We have reached out to cemeteries throughout the Albuquerque metro area to introduce our services and establish working relationships. If you have questions about a specific cemetery, please reach out.
Yes — all services are subject to New Mexico Gross Receipts Tax (GRT) of 7.625%, which will be added to your invoice at the time of booking.
